Lingo provides better than satisfactory reliability and call quality, however we found Lingo technical support and online tools to be average. Lingo's support and tools didn't measure up to Vonage's. These shortcomings are made up for in the Lingo pricing, especially for subscribers signing up for 1 year.
We recommend Lingo phone service if pricing is your top consideration and you can sacrifice top notch customer support and online tools.
